RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the date the last item in your order is delivered.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. iTECH will supply parts for repair or replace at its discretion, for any equipment that proves to be defective.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Customers must notify us of their intention to cancel the order within 14 days after delivery.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days after the cancellation request is submitted.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SMT MACHINE
SMT equipment is heavy and oversized. The buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. In many cases, the shipping costs may be comparable to the value of the product itself. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers carefully evaluate their requirements before placing an order.
All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customized, made-to-order, or special-configured machines are non-returnable unless defective.
Although we accept return requests in accordance with this policy, we sincerely encourage customers to contact us before initiating a return. Our experienced technical and customer support teams will make every effort to resolve any issues and provide the best possible solution. Achieving a mutually beneficial outcome is always our common goal.
