Automatic PCB OK/NG Conveyor for AOI & Test Line

PCB NG/OK Unloader Machine is an automatic sorting device used in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines to separate good (OK) and defective (NG) printed circuit boards (PCBs) after inspection or testing. To improve production efficiency and quality control by automatically sorting PCBs according to their test results.

This smart and reliable machine uses smooth conveyor systems to ensures board handling safely without damage, reduces manual labor, and prevents mix-ups between defective and good boards.

Automatic Sorting:
Receives signals from AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) or ICT/FCT testers.

1. If the board passes inspection → it goes to the OK magazine → next process or packing
2. If it fails → it goes to the NG magazine for rework → rework area
